DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1.- CON LUGAR LA PRESCRIPCION DE LA ACCION alegada por las codemandadas DISTRIBUIDORA DE COLECCIONES DEL CENTRO, C.A., REPRESENTACIONES 2005, S.R.L., DISTRIBUIDORA 94, C.A. y LITOGRAFIAS BARQUISIMETO, C.A. (LITOBAR). 2.- SIN LUGAR LA DEMANDA que por cobro de prestaciones sociales sigue el ciudadano LUIS GUILLERMO BOHORQUEZ, en contra de las sociedades mercantiles DISTRIBUIDORA DE COLECCIONES DEL CENTRO, C.A., REPRESENTACIONES 2005, S.R.L., DISTRIBUIDORA 94, C.A. y LITOGRAFIAS BARQUISIMETO, C.A. (LITOBAR) 3.- Se condena en costas al actor de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo. PUBLIQUESE Y REGISTRESE.
