En este estado este JUZGADO SEGUNDO ESPECIAL EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA, MIRANDA, SIMON BOLIVAR, LAGUNILLAS, VALMORE RODRIGUEZ Y BARALT DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando justicia en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por Autoridad de la ley DECLARA FORMALMENTE SECUESTRADO el inmueble constituido por una Casa habitación un local Comercial antes Señalado y alinderado y se le hace formal entrega del mismo al representante de la depositaria Judicial Santa Maria, designado como Secuestratario judicial para su guarda y custodia quien declara recibirlo conforme.- siendo las 6:00 en punto concluyo el acto.-Termino, se leyó y conformes firman.- LA JUEZ DRA ILVA PIRELA ROMERO.-.
