DISPOSITIVA Por todos los Fundamentos expuestos este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMÓN BOLÍVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA PRIMERO: INADMISIBLE la presente pretensión intentada por Vía Intimatoria por la ciudadana KARINA BORJAS PEREZ (Actuando en nombre y representación del ciudadano ARLENIS PIÑEROS) en contra del ciudadano ELVIS CAMACARO, ya antes identificados SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas, en virtud de la naturaleza de la decisión dictada.-
