Por los fundamentos expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando Justicia, en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la apelación interpuesta en fecha once (11) de mayo de 2015, por el abogado en ejercicio JORGE ALFREDO LUJÁN, en su condición de apoderado judicial de la parte actora, ciudadano JESÚS ANTONIO HELD REA, en contra de la sentencia definitiva dictada por el JUZGADO UNDÉCIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en fecha seis (6) de mayo 2015. SEGUNDO: SE CONFIRMA la decisión dictada en la audiencia oral y publicada por el JUZGADO UNDÉCIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL D.....
