DISPOSITIVA Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNASCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: A) PERIMIDA LA INSTANCIA EN EL JUICIO DE INTIMACION, SEGUIDO POR LA EMPRESA MERCANTIL MUEBLES LAS NOVEDADES DE VENEZUELA, C.A. (MUNOVEN), representada en este acto por el ciudadano FABIO VILLA YAFRATE en su carácter de Vicepresidente) contra AUGUSTO VILLALOBOS, todos identificados en la parte narrativa. B) No se hace pronunciamiento sobre lasa costas de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 283 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
