DECISIÓN. Por todo lo antes expuesto, ESTE TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARIÑO, GARCIA, VILLALBA, TUBORES Y PENINSULA DE MACANAO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE NUEVA ESPARTA, ADMINISTRADO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE ME CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, la Demanda por RECONOCIMIENTO DE DOCUMENTO EN SU CONTENIDO Y FIRMA, incoado por las ciudadanas YULISBETH DEL VALLE PÉREZ DE EDDE Y MELVITA JOSEFINA FREITES ACOSTA, venezolanas, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros V-10.950.855 y V-5.082.635, respectivamente, contra el ciudadano AGUSTÍN RAFAEL PÉREZ LÓPEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V-4.045.686. En consecuencia se tiene como Reconocido Judicialmente, en cuanto a su contenido y firma el Documento de compra venta de terreno, promovido en el presente proceso inserto al folio Tres (03) al cinco .....
