PARTE DISPOSITIVA Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185 del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: DANIEL EDUARDO PAEZ PEREZ y MARIA LAURA RINCON SOCORRO, antes identificados, y que estos contrajeron matrimonio por ante la Oficina Parroquial de Registro Civil Ambrosio del Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia, según consta en Acta de Matrimonio N° 193, en fecha Veintitrés (23) de Octubre de Dos Mil Trece (2013).
