DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SE HOMOLOGA EL DESISTIMIENTO DEL PROCEDIMIENTO planteado por el ciudadano JOSE LEONARDO SOLARTE BOSCAN, parte recurrente en la presente causa. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas dado el carácter especial del presente fallo. TERCERO: Se declara terminado el presente asunto y se ordena el archivo definitivo del expediente.
