DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SE HOMOLOGA EL DESISTIMIENTO DEL PROCEDIMIENTO planteado por la Abogada KAYHERINE TORRES, actuando en su condición de apoderada judicial del ciudadano ALFONSO ECHEVERRY MARTÍNEZ, parte demandante en la presente SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas dado el carácter especial del presente fallo.
