DECISIÓN Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO Y MARÍTIMO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: DECRETA MEDIDA PREVENTIVA DE EMBARGO sobre bienes muebles de la parte demandada, sociedad mercantil COMERCIALIZADORA E INVERSIONES MAYORITAS HERMANOS GONZALEZ RIF J-312766414-4, el cual deberá indicar el ejecutante ante el Tribunal Ejecutor respectivo, hasta cubrir el doble de la cantidad intimada en la demanda, siendo la cantidad principal de TRES MIL SETECIENTOS DIECINUEVE DÓLARES AMERICANOS (USB3.719, 00), equivalente en moneda venezolana a CIENTO TREINTA Y CINCO MIL DOSCIENTOS NOVENTA Y SIETE CON VEINTIDOS CÉNTIMOS (135.297,22Bs), para ser el doble, la cantidad de SIETE MIL CUATROCIENTOS TREINTA Y OCHO DÓLARES AMERICANOS (USD7.438,00), todo con ocasión al juicio que por COBRO DE BOLÍVARES (INTIMACIÓN) que si.....
