DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Con lugar la defensa de prescripción opuesta por la demandada Sociedad Mercantil TOTAL CLEAN C.A.- SEGUNDO: Sin lugar la demanda que por Prestaciones Sociales tiene incoada el ciudadano JOSE GREGORIO CALDERA, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil TOTAL CLEAN C.A. TERCERO: No hay condenatoria en costas de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
