Por los fundamentos expuestos, este TRIBUNAL DECIMO QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESUS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando Justicia, en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA CON LUGAR la demanda por ACCION REIVINDICATORIA intentada por el ciudadano GUILLERMO RAMIREZ RINCON en contra del ciudadano ANTONIO SEGUNDO MORONTA, ambos antes identificados.- Así se decide.- Se confirma la medida provisional de secuestro decretada sobre el bien objeto de reivindicación a favor del demandante.- Así se declara.-
