-V- DISPOSITIVO Por lo expuesto, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA, administrando justicia por autoridad de la ley, declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR, la apelación interpuesta por el presunto agraviante en contra de la sentencia de fecha 20 de marzo de 2012, dictada por el Tribunal Tercero de Juicio del Trabajo del Circuito Judicial Laboral de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Zulia.
