PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda que por motivo de PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES, sigue el ciudadano BORIS DANIEL BLAS contra la Sociedad Mercantil VENEZOLANA DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN M & P (VENCO M & P). SEGUNDO: Se condena a la Sociedad Mercantil VENEZOLANA DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN M & P (VENCO M & P) a pagarle al ciudadano BORIS DANIEL BLAS, la cantidad de CUARENTA Y TRES MIL DOSCIENTOS DIECIOCHO BOLÍVARES CON NOVENTA Y CUATRO CÉNTIMOS (Bs. 43.218,94), por los conceptos y cantidades especificadas en la parte motiva de este fallo. TERCERO: No hay condenatoria en costas por haberse producido un fallo parcial.
