DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Sin lugar la demandada que por diferencia de prestaciones sociales tiene incoado el ciudadano ERNESTO MALDONADO ALCALA RINCON, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil BAKER HUGHES S.R.L. SEGUNDO: Se condena en costas a la parte demandante de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
