DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Sin lugar la demanda que por Prestaciones Sociales tiene incoada el ciudadano CARLOS RAMON MARTINEZ BRAVO, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil REPRESENTACIONES S&P, C.A. (Ambas partes suficientemente identificadas en las actas procesales). SEGUNDO: Se condena a la parte demandante de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
