DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Parcialmente Con Lugar la demanda que por Prestaciones Sociales, Accidente Laboral y otros conceptos laborales, sigue la ciudadana LENNYS JOSEFINA PERNALETE LOPEZ, en contra de la sociedad mercantil SOLUCIONES MERCADEO INTEGRALES, C.A. (SIM-ONE, C.A.).- SEGUNDO: Se condena a la sociedad mercantil SOLUCIONES MERCADEO INTEGRALES, C.A. (SIM-ONE, C.A.), a cancelar a la ciudadana LENNYS JOSEFINA PERNALETE LOPEZ, la cantidad de DOS MIL QUINIENTOS OCHENTA Y SEIS BOLÍVARES CON CINCUENTA Y TRES CÉNTIMOS (Bs. 2.586,53), por los conceptos indicados en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
