DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda por Prestaciones Sociales y Otros Conceptos Laborales, incoada por el ciudadano ELIO ANTONIO HERNANDEZ MEDINA, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil LATINO AMERICANA DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. (LATICON). SEGUNDO: SE CONDENA a la demandada Sociedad Mercantil LATINO AMERICANA DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. (LATICON), a cancelar al ciudadano ELIO ANTONIO HERNANDEZ MEDINA, la cantidad de TREINTA Y SIETE MIL TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE BOLÍVARES CON SETENTA Y DOS CÉNTIMOS (Bs. 37.339,72), por los conceptos indicados en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
