Por los fundamentos expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEGUNDO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, en el juicio que por RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO sigue la sociedad de comercio INVERSIONES PERPECA C.A., contra la sociedad de comercio CAFÉ CONTINENTAL C.A. (CONCAFE), declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR el recurso de apelación propuesto por el abogado JORGE FRANK VILLASMIL COLINA, en su carácter de apoderado judicial de la sociedad de comercio INVERSIONES PERPECA C.A., contra sentencia definitiva, de fecha 17 de diciembre de 2014, dictada por el JUZGADO PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA.
