Por los fundamentos de hecho y de derecho antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, actuando de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 242 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara: • PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la demanda que por CUMPLIMIENTO DE CONTRATO (Procedimiento Oral) incoaran los ciudadanos OBDULIO JOSE CAMACHOARAUJO y YALITZA GIORGINA ROMERO DE CAMACHO contra de los ciudadanos YASMERY DEL VALLE GALBÁN VERGEL, LEANDRO ALBERTO GALBÁN URBINA, LEONARDO ANDRÉS GALBÁN URBINA, ANDREA CAROLINA GALBÁN LEAL, LUIS ANGEL GALBÁN ROMERO, LIZ YOSMAR GALBÁN SAAVEDRA, JACKELINE GREGORIA GALBÁN SERRANO, YUSMARY GREGORIA GALBÁN SERRANO y LUIS ALBERTO GALBÁN SERRANO. • SEGUNDO: IMPROCEDENTE la solicitud de Inadmisibilidad de la Reconve.....
