Por los fundamentos de hecho y de derecho antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, declara como ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS del causante JESÚS ANGEL SARAS GONZÁLEZ, a los ciudadanos GLORIA AMIRA ESPINOZA DE SARAS, MIROSLAVA CLARET, JESÚS ANGEL, JESÚS ALBERTO, ALFREDO JOSÉ y JAVIER JESUS SARAS ESPINOZA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, portadores de las cédulas de identidad Nos. 3.110.307, 7.804.745, 9.700.684, 9.700.681, 9.700.913 y 13.930.880, respectivamente, dejándose a salvo los derechos de terceros conforme lo establece el artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.- Devuélvanse las actuaciones en original a la parte solicitante.
