En virtud de lo cual y por las razones antes expuestas, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA CONVERTIDA EN DIVORCIO LA SEPARACION DE CUERPOS QUE POR MUTUO CONSENTIMENTO, tienen convenida y fue declarada por este Tribunal los ciudadanos , FRANNYER ANTONIO ATENCIO GUTIERREZ Y RUTH MARIA SANTIAGO RODRIGUEZ, ya identificados, y en Consecuencia Disuelto el Matrimonio Civil que estos en fecha VEINTIUNO (21) de Noviembre del Año dos mil nueve (2009), Contrajeron Matrimonio por ante el Alcalde y Secretario del Consejo Municipal del Municipio Simón Bolívar del Estado Zulia.
