JUZGADO PRIMERO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA, SIMÓN BOLIVAR, LAGUNILLAS, VALMORE RODRÍGUEZ, MIRANDA Y BARALT

DESPACHO DE MEDIDA Nº 5107 En el día de hoy trece (13) de Mayo de 2.011, siendo las diez de la mañana, se traslado el JUZGADO PRIMERO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA, SIMON BOLIVAR, LAGUNILLAS, VALMORE RODRIGUEZ, MIRANDA Y BARALT DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en la sede del muelle Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi, donde funcionaba la empresa HERMANOS PAPAGAYO S.A (HERPASA), ubicado en Municipio Lagunillas del Estado Zulia, acompañado dela ciudadana ZULEY COROMOTO ALVAREZ DE PAZ, titular de la cedula de identidad N° 13.962.670, asistida por el abogado LEANDRY TORO, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 140.672, a los fines de ejecutar medida de embargo preventivo decretada por el JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en el juicio por ALIMENTOS seguido por la ciudadana ZULEY COROMOTO ALVAREZ DE PAZ en contra del ciudadano ANTONIO JOSE PAZ DIAZ y no se constituyo, por cuanto el Reservista SOLANO, por indicación del Gerente de Operaciones, informo que debíamos dirigirnos a la oficina de Recursos Humanos que reencuentra ubicada en Tía Juana, sector el Prado, edificio Submarino de PDVSA.
