JUZGADO PRIMERO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA, SIMÓN BOLIVAR, LAGUNILLAS, VALMORE RODRÍGUEZ, MIRANDA Y BARALT

En el día de hoy 22 de septiembre de dos mil tres, siendo las once y veinte de la mañana se traslado y constituyó el JUZGADO PRIMERO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA, SIMON BOLIVAR, LAGUNILLAS, VALMORE RODRIGUEZ, MIRANDA Y BARALT DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, se ejecutó medida de embargo preventivo decretada por el JUZGADO DEL MUNICIPIO VALMORE RODRIGUEZ, MIRANDA Y BARALT DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en juicio de COBRO DE BOLIVARES ( INTIMACIÓN) , seguido por SONIA RIVAS con el carácter de endosataria en procuración del ciudadano LUIS CARIDAD, contra el ciudadano RICHARD MANUEL MARTINEZ TORRES, sobre los siguientes conceptos: EL CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) de las cantidades de dinero por CAJA DE AHORROS Y FIDEICOMISO, que le pueda corresponder al demandado, hasta cubir la cantidad de SEIS MILLONES QUINIENTOS MIL BOLIVARES (Bs.6.500.000,oo), suma intimada
